Hello, I'm Rachel
Whether you’re pregnant, experiencing prolapse symptoms, an athlete experiencing light bladder leakage or looking to return exercise after having a baby - I’m here to guide and support you on your journey, helping you regain confidence and wellbeing every step of the way!
As a Women's + Pelvic Health Osteopath & Clinical Pilates Instructor and with a particular focus on biomechanics, I adopt a whole body approach to identify and treat the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction.
I completed a five-year combined Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters in Osteopathy at Victoria University in 2015. A keen interest in pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum care led me to pursue further training and acquire my Masters of Women's Health Medicine in 2021. Additionally, I have undertaken specialised training in pelvic health and breast health/ mastitis management. I completed my Pelvic Health and Advanced Bladder training with the Osteopathic Pelvic Health Institute of Australia. This additional training enables me to internally assess and treat the pelvic floor as well as a wide range of issues including pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.

Outside of the clinic, I am also a casual academic and research assistant at Deakin University. My passion for research and dedication to improving the lives of current and future generations of female athletes led to collaborating with longtime friend and Physiotherapist Jay Main to co-found Pregnant Athlete - a comprehensive online education and training platform for pregnant and postpartum athletes, no matter what level!
